A straight-to-the-point letter of what to do and what not to do for people entering the work world.  This post on Todd Defren’s blog created a lot of comments and buzz, a good portion being negative.  Personally, I enjoyed his frankness and I think it is what us millennials need to hear. Sometimes it gets sickening hearing, “You’ll be fine,” “You will have no problem getting a job.”  Thanks for the tough love Todd, much appreciated.
